Key responsibilities may include:

• Reception duties: Communicating with program recipients via phone, able to conduct phone calls with professionalism and empathy, directing calls or taking messages for appropriate personnel, and providing basic information about IWIN.
• Document handling: Filing documents electronically and physically, organizing paperwork and folders, creating and editing documents, copying and distributing information.
• Data entry: Inputting information into spreadsheets and/or IWIN’s database.
• Administrative tasks: Assisting with projects, preparing reports, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Skills and qualities needed:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor and customer service skills

Other details:

• Office location: 8515 Cedar Place Drive, Suite 103A, Indianapolis, IN 46240
• Hours per week: 10-20 with the ability to make your own schedule
• Weekdays: Monday – Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM
• Ideal start date: Week of February 17
• Role concludes: End of June
