Once eligibility is determined, IWIN facilitates professional services with a one-time grant to meet the non-medical needs of patients undergoing breast cancer treatment. Payment for services is made through gift cards or directly to service providers.

Eligibility

  • Chemotherapy
  • Mastectomy
  • Metastatic Breast Cancer
  • Radiation Therapy
  • Exclusions: Single treatments such as hormonal therapy, lumpectomy, some forms of radiation, reconstruction surgery
  • Exceptions: A metastatic patient or patient diagnosed for a second time can be served again if five years have passed since the initial grant
